"There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat. The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W."

"Perfect location - right in the middle of the action yet tucked away and completely quiet with the windows closed, if desired. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start each day. The room was much larger and nicer than expected, and all staff we encountered were very helpful and cheerful. 10/10, no notes. "

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"The location of the property, amenities such as rooftop and secure building made it a wonderful stay. The only negative was the bathroom that had mold and a clogged shower. Asked for it to be addressed but it was never resolved. "

"Dusty underneath the sofa bed. Telly not user friendly. You need to log in evry 2 hours . Air conditioning, non existent. ( apparently, there’s a law stating not to operate it during spring) i am not really sure if thats for real of what. I should’ve book a proper hotel instead of this accommodation."

"All the staff we met were , friendly and helpful. Gave us a map and highlighted attractions. The rooms were clean and lovely. There was a communal terrace area where you could sit. The breakfast was very nice and were lots of choice, croissants, pastries, fruit, ceral, toast etc. Choices of juices and coffees etc. Pizza restaurant next door. There is a supermarket across the road and a taxi rank over the road. You could get taxes easily. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Really...
