"Loved this place. The setting is beautiful as was our room. A real mixture of old and new that worked perfectly. The staff were really friendly and attentive and we truly felt welcome. We opted for the pie for dinner and I can honestly say, it was the best pie I have ever eaten. The pastry was amazing and it was filled to the max with the ham and leek. "So conveniently close to the Manchester airport. We were able to walk over in 2 minutes. The staff was lovely and fulfilled every need we had.(extra towels and toilet tissue). The front desk recommended the Turkish restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious. We would stay here again for sure."

Nothing against the staff as they did their best, but the idea you have to check in using the QR code is a flawed process and it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in which is totally unacceptable.
