"We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4.
However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app.
And we wish the AC was cooler.
Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc.
Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

"The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth)
The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable."

Staff was fantastic very accommodating and wonderful recommendations for the restaurant. We went to two nights in a row. Close to the train station, which was very convenient. "Hotel rooms are super modern, well maintained. Location is excellent. Only issue is that the room was not available until about 3:30, after being told several times earlier that it would be ready “in about ten minutes.” They did give us an iced cappuccino while we waited, though."

"This was our fifth stay at Donna Camilla and it was perfect as usual. Upon arrival, you encounter a rather forbidding facade. But once through the door, you will be amazed. The corridors, rooms and courtyard are breathtaking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is located in the best neighborhood in Rome- Trastevere- 5 minute walk to many many restaurants and a lively scene every night. However, the hotel is very quiet at night. If you can, stay here"
