"Me and my friend stayed here for the Comicon at BEC Arena. The hotel was 15 minutes away, which cost about £16 in an Uber. There was parking on the street, and we had no issues finding the address. The landlord is incredibly kind, and super helpful. The landlord truly helped make our stay enjoyable. As well as Adam, the front of house staff. "Clean room liked the idea of two duvets on the bed, all the staff we came in contact with were extremely polite. Good breakfast plenty of choices, I requested veggie/vegan sausage and it was we're freshly cooked for me. Unlimited teas and coffee available during the stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. "There was no stay. I arrived to be told they had been over booked. I'm yet to find out how to get it refunded."

"The property was really well situated for the arena. The facilities were great and the staff really helpful. The bed was super comfy. I have marked down due to dropping a medication tablet that rolled under the bed meaning we had to move the bed. Under the bed were dirty tissues, a wine bottle lid and a fair bit of dust and debris. This meant I was unable to take my medication. However even with this we would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
