"Room quiet,comfortable and clean. Car parking easy.
Staff polite and helpful.
Breakfast a little disappointing ( my fault for not checking when I booked) “grab and go “ came in a paper bag.
The room was very hot at night but there was a portable electric fan in the room which helped ( we did visit in the summer)
The bus to Manchester was outside the hotel and frequent and was £2 for a single into the city centre"

"Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

"I need a review for Hotel Football. It's easy to find, minutes from the tram stop. Check in was quick and easy. The room was super clean with a modern feel. Vimto in the fridge was the best surprise ever. Really enjoyed our stay. I did leave some items in the wardrobe which I realised on the train home. Within 15 mins the hotel confirmed they had them and postage was arranged on Monday. My items arrived today and I couldn't be more thankful

"The hotel is a nice hotel.. Staffs are friendly and professional. There is lounge area with a work station if you want to work there.
The rooms floor is well maintained, the carpet on the hallway look dirty. The car park has very limited space, better to arrive early for a space.
