"Strange set up where, at all times, you had to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool.
Bit weird. Staff more interested in talking to their colleagues than acknowledge a customer stood in-front of them.
Made a request months in advance for 2 rooms next to each other. Didn’t happen.
Restaurant menu in the evening limited and very little interest in accomodating requests."

"The hotel was very clean and well located. Fantastic rooftop terrace for drinks and meals. Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got an upgrade which was greatly appreciated.
Only areas for improvement - check in and out was very slow as only 1 staff member processing everything. Room service inconsistent each day.
Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel in general was satisfactory. We stayed there for two nights and had a room on the front of the building above the restaurant. It was quite noisy each night as we could clearly hear people talking in or around the restaurant. The main entrance is there as well, could hear people coming and going. The girl on the front desk was very nice. The stay was okay."

"Loved the rooftop pool and bar area combined with the central location …. that’s really why we chose it. Pool gets busy late afternoon as you’d expect, but it’s the perfect way to cool off after exploring the city all day. Pillows were excellent. Lovely staff.
