So peaceful, and a great location with close proximity to the downtown area of Bend. Easy instructions to get in and exit at the end of our stay, and will look to come back again next time we are visiting Bend."

Also, SUPER soft bed, which is great for some, but not others (I loved it, back problems and all). Would definitely recommend for those on a budget who don't need a jet tub or conference room (they may have the latter, I didn't check)."

"The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe."

"This hotel is nice, especially for the price. We needed an accessibility room for my husband. It was very usable for him except it had a bathtub instead of shower. It had a shower chair and plenty of handheld though. Beds were also comfortable."

"Room was clean and had so many so many convenient features with the full sized fridge and kitchen. Was there for a two day music event and it was walkable to the venue. Clean and that staff were very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again"

"There didn't appear to be many visitors during my stay so they upgraded me to a suite, which was unexpected, and it was quite spacious and had a fireplace. Only grabbed a muffin from the breakfast offering but it was delicious. Property is well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great."
