"I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience."

Staff is nice and polite, but reception staff did not accommodate request for 1 hr extended checkout and offered 30 min room at the wrong time and enjoyed lecturing us. To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. "

"The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. "Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!"

I was also worried because other reviews mentioned unhelpful staff—everyone we dealt with was wonderful. It’s a great price for the area and we fully enjoyed our stay."

The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. "

Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! "
