"We took our grandchildren for the evening. The only downside was we arrived at 6.10 and the pool for the children closed at 6. Had we known, we’d have arrived earlier. The room was a bit dated but clean and big. There were 3 beds so it was comfortable and spotless. The staff were absolutely lovely. We went in the pool the following day and it was gorgeous. The kids loved it. The products throughout were Elemis which was a luxury. We will definitely be going again."

"Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? "The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. "Dirty and tired room. No climate control so was like an oven and waited 2 hours for a fan after repeatedly being lied to by reception that someone was “on their way”. Rooms clearly don’t get vacuumed"
