"I have stayed at Inglewood Manor many times. The grounds are spectacular and a true "heaven" after a hard day’s work. Rooms are outstanding and clean with firm mattresses that are just right for me. WiFi was OK. However, service this stay was a let down. At check-in, there was an issue with my Expedia VIP voucher. I find it frustrating that Expedia advertises these if the hotel doesn't honor them. I got frustrated because of the principle of being promised something. The staff member eventually...

"Room was very dated. Holes in blackout curtains letting light in. Bathroom again dated. Water very slow filling bath, soap out of reach when in bath. Bath towels very soft and big. Tea tray in weird place in wardrobe. Bed very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovley with lots of choice and full English cooked to order. Had a nice overnight stay."

"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. "Find someplace else is my advice. Great location to the Chester Cathedral & that’s the best I can say. Reception couldn’t bother welcoming me, except to hand me my room key. I’m 72 years ago & I had to carry a bag up three flights of stairs with no offer of assistance. The carpet on the stairs & in the hallways is dirty, stained, frayed in places. Room was good size but no outlets to plug in a phone - had to unplug a lamp. No outlets in bathroom to plug in a hair dryer or curler so once again...
