Tied decor, no bathroom lock, the noisiest flush on a toilet I’ve ever heard, bath plug didn’t fit properly so water drained away, window handle broken so it couldn’t be opened (it was over 30degrees that day). The reception area smelled like a carvery which was off putting. My biggest issue was that we booked a room specifically for the 3 single beds but it was made up as a double and a single...

"Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. Breakfast was very good and there is reasonably priced EV charging available. Be warned that the front door of the hotel is bolted closed at night, so if you're going to be late back let them know to be let in."

"The bedrooms were quite shabby. The carpet was stained, the TV remote didn't work, nor did the bathroom fan and the dressing table chair was worn through. In my husband's room the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and the wall heater was very marked and dirty. Every other guest we spoke to had similar stories. To be fair, the public rooms were in a better condition."

"Staff were friendly, room was good size for us and our two dogs, found the bed rather firm for us and was rather closer to the motorway than I realised you would have heard traffic all the time if the window was open but luckily there was a fan. The on site cafe was great. Pet friendly, lovely people and good food. Would stay there again for that reason. "

We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

"Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Rooms are ok need modernisation. Food lovely plenty of variety. Children’s play area nice kids enjoyed it."

"This hotel is situated right in front of the airport, which makes your trip smooth and convenient. The rooms are very comfortable. The only con was the dining area - it was too crowded for a small space and had limited staff, so I wasn't able to dine there."

"Hotel was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The rooms themselves were large and spacious with everything you needed. The only slight issue was there was no plug socket near the mirror in one room and in another there wasn't one by the one bed...but we could get around these."
