"The 2 good things about this hotel - the beautiful view of the ocean which we enjoyed on our room's balcony, and the continental breakfast where we were able to eat outside on a 4th floor patio. Coffee was really good there. Problems - beds didn't have a top sheet, just a lightweight blanket. And the rooms were too cold - the thermostats didn't work in at least 2 of the 3 rooms we rented for family. I don't like to waste energy, so I didn't want to open the balcony door to warm the room up with the air conditioning blazing. We asked for and received extra blankets after the first night, but they ran out of extras the second night when more family arrived. I also was told on the phone that they had cribs, but they didn't. We also had been told that they would try to put us next to or near each other. I understand that that may be difficult, but I sensed that they didn't try very hard, and we ended up on 3 different floors. Parking was a bit of a walk in a nearby parking garage, but the garage was well lit and felt safe. I also understand parking is difficult in older areas of a city so we dealt with that. 2 restaurants on the plaza that the hotel was on were casual and really good - El Taller and Carube (sp?). When we asked for an extra blanket, staff brought it up quickly and that person seemed attentive. Next time, I will try to find a hotel nearby this one as the ocean view was wonderful, but a different hotel that could be more accommodating (and had warm blankets)!"

"The staff truly made this stay special for our family. From the moment we arrived, they were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt personal, and they were always quick to help with anything we needed. Traveling with family can come with its challenges, but their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel easy and comfortable. Hector was our very first interaction, and he set the tone right away. He connected instantly with my wife through her Puerto Rican roots, while also making me feel just as welcomed and included. It created this perfect balance where she felt right at home and I felt like I was getting an authentic, fun introduction to the culture. He brought a great sense of humor and personality that left us with a few moments and phrases we’ll definitely be bringing home with us. They also gave us a perfect recommendation for a spot to eat in Old San Juan that ended up being one of our favorite experiences, and we loved being able to enjoy the steakhouse just a few floors above our room. Those little touches made a big difference. We’re very grateful for the experience they created for us and would absolutely stay again."

"We just left and loved everything about our stay, we had a full apartment setup which allowed us to feel right at home from the beachside resort. Our only complaint comes from the lack of a stable WiFi signal, we struggled to backup our videos and pictures. We brought this to the attention of staff and they attempted to fix this twice but no luck. Overall everything was great and we will return!"

"Everything about this hotel is excellent !! Close to the airport and right on the beach! Close walking to a lot of misc places such as food, souvenirs,jet skis. and casino. The beds are extremely comfortable! I am going to rebook this hotel as I liked it so much"
