"Rooms are clean, some staff are really rude. Beach side is terrible, all with rocks and I cut my foot. Evening activities are poor. Dont recommend "

"Our room was very clean and quiet. Buffet was very good and well stocked if you went earlier. Wait staff was so kind and helpful. Swim up bar should have two bar tenders - we felt so bad for the bars with one person working. Dinner reservations were difficult to get but the concierge was helpful and we did manage to get two nights out. We appreciated the shuttle to the beach and hacienda areas. Bike tour was so good - through that we found out where the snorkel gear and kayaks were but we should have done this the first day. "

"Excellent resort, staff were amazing and food was fantastic. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Cabana rental worth the $100. Only downside would be the beach, very small and shallow. Seaweed was an issue during our stay, but to no fault of the Hotel. Staff and locals raking all day to no avail."

"We had an amazing vacation at Dreams Aventuras Playa del Carmen. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff, who went above and beyond the typical all-inclusive service. From Emilio, our concierge, to Amado and Jazi, the bartenders at the Preferred restaurant; Roberto at the pool and cabanas; and Katya and Karen serving drinks and food—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel."
