"The room and property were BEAUTIFUL! The problem is the sargassum algae completely overtook the beach. I understand it’s a natural occurrence but it seems like it was completely out of control. We had seen other property and the algae was cleaned up in piles and didn’t stink as bad. After we mentioned it they had one person shoveling it up. We specifically booked a beach front room and paid extra. It physically made me sick smelling what came through the room at night we had to downgrade rooms...

"Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."
