Cari Hotel Kapsul di Punta Nizuc

"Always a great stay, the attention to detail from the staff is outstanding."

"It was family friendly the room was clean and the food was good a lot of options. The staff Was nice even they never refill our little fridge at the room it never happened to us in an all inclusive"

"The restaurant by the pool was shut down for renovation. The pool bar snack area said they were out of food. The other two restaurants were by reservation only- they had to be made by 9 AM-but they don’t let you check in till three. The only thing left was the buffet. It was Awful!!! This was an overnight stay and I was highly disappointed for spending $350. The floor in our room was extremely slippery. We will not be coming back"

"Todo bien"
