"The resort itself is ok averge for most things. However, the beds are very stiff, and it's impossible to get decent sleep. We went with a group of 6 people, between four rooms. Our rooms were all on different floors and everyone had the same compliant about the beds. Wifi rarely worked, and if it did, it was incredibly slow. Honestly, we gave up and didn’t connect to it most of our 10-day stay. The food was ok but was the same things pretty much every day.
There is no refrigerator in your rooms, so bringing anything back to the hotel rooms was difficult. Especially if you wanted to keep drinks cold. The AC didn't work in our room, but our friends' rooms did.
The staff are friendly but more approachable depending on how well you tip. Overall, we don't regret staying there but personally would not stay there again. "
