"Great location for swimming and close to Buccanos. Across the street is a great Key Lime Pie shop but get there at 5:30. The lobster restaurants are great also. Hotel amenities are fantastic. Rooms all have a great view with a nice patio. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and the restaurants are great. Breakfast out on the water with buffet or made to order. "We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms were spacious, the staff was hard working and friendly. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. It was an easy $10 taxi ride to town. The Lobster House Restaurant and Key Lime Pie Factory across the street are both very good. The only thing that needs some improvement is the food served at the restaurant onsite. "

"It was a decent all inclusive. Wifi was spotty. First day we came, greeted by bellboys and then went to check in as the online check in wasn’t working. "They don’t offer a refrigerator for your room, they make you rent one, no water was offered, you had to buy it at the front desk. When asked to have a water while waiting in line at the front desk they said they didn’t have any water available but water was sitting right behind the desk. After receiving the refrigerator we had to rent, the staff plugged in the refrigerator and it started an electrical fire in our room. We asked to be moved to a different room and they didn’t want to...

"No complaints with our stay for 2 weeks. The room fit our needs with a wonderful view of the water. The pool deck area is comfortable with lots of options for lounging around the pool. It has an upscale feel to the whole pool area. The wait staff bringing beverages and food (tasty - although more expensive than in San Miguel, but fair for the poolside experience) are attentive and friendly. Snorkeling at the hotel is terrific … almost as good as the snorkeling tour we did. I think it is...

"Staff: Most staff were rude, inexperienced, not trained in customer service or just completely incompetent. Cleanliness: Sheets were disgusting, ghost ants all over the bathroom and the smell of mold was terrible. Had to change rooms to find one that I could actually breath in. Food: gross! Communication on property: non-existent or conflicting. This is more of a budget hotel than a resort. "

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "

"No water pressure when arrived which was fixed great third day. Pool is amazing. Room had bugs but was sprayed day two which helped. Love the view. Staff not always friendly and did not even acknowledge us when entering or leaving. The friendliness was quite different then our great Thanksgiving stay. Would recommend stay on upper levels only. The shower could not have been cleaned as no water pressure."
