Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly recommend the Kippal.

We had an excellent stay at Kippal and would return again. The condo was very clean and spacious for 2 adults. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the large deck size which provided a nice place to relax. The terrace / pool at the top of the building was a great place to spend time in the sun and enjoy the incredible view offered. Upon arrival we were missing espresso mugs for the Nespresso maker and no electrical adapter for the hair dryer. The staff immediately provided these missing items in the room. The service of the staff was excellent throughout our stay including room cleaning, answering our questions, supplying more coffee pods, calling taxis and holding our luggage after our stay. Every staff member was very friendly. The hotel is located in the city, so there is normal city noise - barking dogs, some traffic and there was also construction ongoing across the street. We like some noise so this was fine for us. The location is ideal for being away from the cruise ship traffic, but still walkable to the main city area, many restaurants and a few blocks away from the large grocery store.

Family of five with adult kids. We had a great stay, The staff was very courteous and helpful. Every recommendation for restaurants or activities was spot on. Great location, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Staff recommended Mingo's around the corner and it was fantastic. Room was clean and nicely appointed.

Our stay at Kippal was fabulous! The building is just 3 years old and everything was spotless. (We never saw a single insect in our suite - - a real accomplishment in the warm climate of Mexico!) The pool area on the roof was so beautiful - - a great place to watch the sunset after a day of diving. The hot breakfast every morning was also really great, and the staff was super attentive. We will be back!

The room and staff were fantastic. It’s walking distance to downtown and the port where we get picked up to dive every day. The only downside was a barking dog next door that barked all through the night one night. Overall, great space and the rooftop pool is an added bonus.

El encargado siempre tuvo muy mala actitud con nosotros. Aunque el resto de los trabajadores fueron amables, él siempre tuvo muy mala actitud. También, cuando llegas, te dicen que tendrán desayuno, huevo, etc., pero de los 11 días que reservamos, solo 3 tuvieron buen desayuno.

El encargado siempre tuvo mala actitud y poca resolución de problemas. También, al llegar, te dicen que tendrán huevo, fruta y algunas cosas extras, y de 11 días, solo 3 tuvieron buen desayuno. Tampoco se me hizo cómodo que para una reservación de 11 noches solo tengas derecho a 2 limpiezas de la habitación. Sus aparatos de ejercicio no funcionan.

Kippal was perfection

The Kippal hotel was perfection. Incredible and helpful staff, sparkling clean rooms, very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the pool area was very relaxing. It’s a gem of a place and well definitely stay again!

The Kippal was the perfect place with the perfect staff, Mike and Andy. Once we made our reservations they were in touch to assist us with all of our needs and questions whether related to the Kippal, or Cozumel in general. When we arrived Mike greeted us, made us feel welcome, and showed us to our beautiful room. It was clear that Mike and Andy are not just friendly and helpful but they also take upkeep of the property seriously. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the modern room with stunning views was kept to the highest standards. During our stay, the concierge staff continued to be engaged and helpful. They assisted us with finding restaurants, ordering pizza, and even kept us in the loop and reassured during a freak island wide power outage. From the moment we booked till they helped us to our return to airport taxi that they arranged for us, Mike and Andy helped to make our trip one of the most memorable ever!

Lovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check in

Excellent experience, property location is very convenient, rooms have individual a/c, kitchen area is well equipped, living and dining area spacious, balcony is perfect, the rooftop view is spectacular, all personnel is very professional Miguel, Andi, Carlos, Jonathan, and Joana.All are friendly and they are always willing to assist, tour operator Armin is there to guide with tours or local activities (we purchased the dolphin experience and it was amazing!). We highly recommend ordering drinks from the Bar area in the rooftop (thanks Andi), also we ordered from a fixed menu two dinners from Chez Ame which were delicious including the desserts. There are two supermarkets and several restaurants close by, different cuisine options, and you can walk to the downtown area where there are restaurants too and souvenir shops. This is our second time staying at Kippal, and we hope to return many more times in the future. Thanks to the Kippal Team for making this a very very memorable vacation. We will miss watching the cruise ships (arrival and departure)...Realmente la propiedad es muy cómoda, amplia, con aire acondicionado, cercana a dos supermercados y y se puede caminar hacia el muelle o las tiendas, una ubicación perfecta, el staff súper cordial, profesional y todos muy atentos. Al huésped lo hacen sentir como en casa y por eso altamente los recomendamos. Muchas muchas gracias realmente fueron una de las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido y nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos.
