"Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. "Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. "Property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. We stayed one night waiting for our rental to be ready. We chose this for the close proximity to everything in town. The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
