"Está muy bien ubicado, es muy tranquilo, la alberca casi todo el tiempo está sola, siempre hay camastros disponibles, acceso directo a la playa, la habitación tiene playa; el único punto a cuidar es el mantenimiento por lo menos de las habitaciones de abajo ya que los jacuzzis no funcionan y se ven viejos, las cortinas también y algunos elementos de los closets y caja de seguridad, la tv nunca tuvo señal"

"Communication was not good, we did not know how to access the water park and when we tried to access it we learned it had to be booked the day before. We were not able to use the water park due to that. We struggled with the restaurant options, not enough kid options. Jade restaurant was the best of our experience. They went out of their way to give good service and was very accommodating. Overall, the place was beautiful and clean. "

"This has been my family's second stay at Casa Azul Maya and we enjoy the large Isla room on the second floor. Plenty of space for our 3 kids to spread out. Air conditioners in all 3 rooms work well and you can tailor the temp to however you like. Off the beaten path so it's more quiet which is great for a family or couple looking to have a peaceful escape. The staff at Casa Azul Maya are incredible and take great care of you.
