Costa Sur Resort & Spa
Staff was good but they didn’t have the renovated deluxe studio I paid for. The room I had was in fair condition and did not have all items that were in deluxe rooms. They gave a $75 compensation .

The pool area is nice, but that is about it. There was no working wifi for my entire stay and, based on other reviews, this has been a longstanding issue. The restaurant is terrible.
