Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...

Took about 3 hours to get a plunger for our toilet that got clogged even after asking an employee that was passing by and two trips to the front desk. "This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that.
