"My husband and I went to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary, it was our first time staying at a 5 diamond resort and we are extremely impressed! All the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Delicious food on all their restaurants, however our favorite one was the Peruvian restaurant Misika. All the amenities were amazing. Will definitely be back."

"Just want to mention you need to upgrade some stuff in rooms.... the cleaning was not the greatest....I was kind chock how rooms smell and how the under sheets have mold. Right on all sides I check both beds and same... Staff was great and food was 9/10 . Suggestions for pool need snack around and better snacks at the bar...popcorn and tortilla chips come on.... We had a fabulous view and food...but yes needs some upgradesm"

"When deciding on a place to stay, we will always go by the star rating. Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta was 4 Stars. This is so far from the truth I would maybe rate the hotel a 2 Stars. From the beginning to end the experience was a nightmare when we arrived while checking nothing was explained to us, no maps or explanation of the facilities, or Premiere benefits, which were absolutely none!!! We had a Premiere room and bracelet, but the experience didn't reflect that at any time. No special...

"This is a cute boutique hotel in the midst of bigger, fancier hotels. Very clean, and incredibly helpful staff, and they've thought of everything that might be useful in a small hotel room (coffee maker, coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, closet and drawers, etc.) My only small complaint is that it feels like a strange place to save money to ration water in a town where the drinking water is unsafe--I would encourage them to reconsider that. Complaint made, there is a Kiosko very close by, so...
