"The resort was in the perfect location! We had a wonderful time walking up and down the beach and Whaler Village is literally right next to it less than five min walk. They had tons of shops and great food options! "

There were definitely a lot of people around, but it never felt overwhelming since we spent most of our time at the beach. Overall, a beautiful place for a relaxing family getaway."

We did notice that most of the time during our stay approximately half of the elevators were not working. Good thing we don't mind taking the stairs!"

"We reached during the storms, and were told the day before by the staff that all is well, so we did not cancel the trip. Although later we realized they had known about road blocks and staff taking off. When we called that we would be late as stuck in traffic block (flooding and damaged roads) and may not make it to the hotel since might have to stay on the other side of the road overnight, the best they came up with “we could waive off the late arrival fee”!
