"The property was clean. The staff was friendly. There were roaches in the unit. The exterminator did come but no change. My room was changed twice to help with bug problem. The view from my unit was the parking lot and no other view. No ventilation in the bath room,
We Stayed 7 nights had to request clean sheets and no services were given. Had to make beds and clean while on vacation. Chris helped us with

"They upgraded us to a junior suite, which was 1 king size bed and sofa bed, for 3 people,which ( sofa bed) was urine and bloodstained. After complaining to front desk, they finally gave us our original room. Hours later, they called and left giggly. Message apologizing and saying, the next guest will have a clean bed."

"We had an amazing stay. Our rooms had plenty of space, comfy beds, and very clean. The staff was easy to work with and the pool was clean and prefect temp. We also loved the fish pond. The views were amazing. We will be staying here again."

"It was perfect. I loved the location. I was originally looking for a stay in South Maui but I’m so glad we stayed in Kahana. A little quieter but so close to Lahaina. The room had everything we needed, a great view, and was clean. Staff was always helpful and courteous. Would definitely book again."
