"When we pulled in, I want sure what to expect. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and even upgraded our room to a 2 bed kitchenette. The room was clean and smelled nice. The only issue was parking. We came back to the motel after our event around 10pm and the was no place to park. We asked if we could park in the one handicap spot left and the man at the desk said it shouldn't be a problem. Other than the parking issue, our stay was good"

It appeared that some people associated with the property were living in vehicles on-site, which made the atmosphere feel a bit unusual. "We were right on the beach. 2nd floor with a balcony. It was perfect. Everyone was so nice. We woke up to coffee and little snacks. All the restaurants are good. Walking distance to fish tacos and the best donut place, and a bar with weekend bands. We are going back"

"No hot water for a shower after a beach day. I will never stay there again. The front dest didn't help at all. Said that the rest of the rooms will probably not have hot water either."

"Nice view from the balcony. Friendly staff. Great walking/biking path right outside the hotel. Easy beach access. I plan to make a return trip sometime in the future."

"Pros: Breakfast options were good. Spacious room. Cons: it would be good to know upfront that hotel is under construction. We had to walk far to get to our room from the elevator which was a problem as I am traveling with a handicapped."
