"everyone in housekeeping friendly as well as the front desk. The restaurant lacks of a friendly host. They did not allow me to ask for coffee at the bar nor wait inside for a table with my kids on a different day. The hotel is beautiful and very well preserved"

The doors are loud to close could hear our neighbors coming and going and the people above us were very loud walking around as we tried to sleep! "Great location! There is a cable car stop right outside. Loved the free cookies, apples and hot drinks in the foyer. Our room was lovely and clean, had a selection of pillows and the beds were really soft and comfy. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. San Fran is an expensive place but this hotel offered good value considering the location and facilities. "
