"Rooms are clean & comfortable. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront area. Breakfast was excellent. staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Only complaint is no onsite parking but they do give you a pass for public parking lot located 1/2 mile from the premises."

"We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property. The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room. We would stay there again."
