"Everyday we got to explore another island which we were transported to by the staff with lunch and drinks towels and chairs and umbrella which they also set up thanks to Api. The room was amazing with indoor/outdoor bathroom. On our last night they prepared our soaking tub with bath oils and flowers. It was an amazing experience thanks to Fred our Captain and Asa our main concierge who made sure we had transportation back to the mainland for our early flight."

We had to move bures after our first night as there was water leaking in the bathroom. Rooms are really comfortable..no need for air-conditioning at this time of the year...breeze through the screened louvres and fan was perfect for sleeping. Really loved having the outdoor shower."

"The Hilton Fiji is a beautiful property and, overall, has a lot to offer. There's multiple pools and dining options, and its spread out, it never feeling overcrowded. We had a 1 br unit with kitchen, laundry and ocean view. Unfortunately, what should have been a relaxing and special stay to celebrate a milestone birthday was significantly affected by an issue with our room. Our room was part of an adjoining-room configuration. For the first three nights of our seven-night stay, the adjoining room was unoccupied, so we were unaware of the problem. On the fourth day, guests checked into the room next door. That evening, we discovered, after contacting reception, that the hot-water system servicing both rooms is located inside the laundry cupboard in our room.Every time the guests next door used hot water, the burner in our cupboard would switch on. The noise was incredibly loud — comparable to a 747 taking off — and was particularly disruptive during the night, well into the early hours of the morning, resulting in repeated disturbances and significantly disrupted sleep.We raised the issue with the duty manager, who said that, due to the hotel being at full capacity, we couldn't be moved to a new room. We don't feel that a $400 room credit is sufficient compensation for three nights of severely disturbed sleep, particularly given that we had paid for a five-star experience, and would appreciate Hilton reconsidering this in light of the significant impact this had on our stay."

"I just wrapped up an incredible solo trip to Fiji, and my stay at the Radisson Blu was easily the highlight—entirely because of the phenomenal staff. Traveling alone can sometimes feel a bit isolating, but the team here made me feel completely welcome and right at home from the absolute moment I arrived. Every single department knocked it out of the park: • The Porters: The second my ride pulled up, I was hit with huge smiles and a massive, warm "Bula!" They grabbed my bags immediately and set the perfect, stress-free vibe for the rest of the trip. • Check-In: The front desk team made the whole check-in process a total breeze. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely nice, getting me sorted and into vacation mode without any delay.Shoutout to Rami. • The Restaurant Staff: Eating alone can sometimes feel awkward, but the crew at the restaurant made it a great experience. They were incredibly attentive, always anticipating what I needed, and served up amazing food with genuine hospitality.(The breakfast manager and staff) • The Bar Crew: These guys were fantastic. They brought such great energy to the lounge, made excellent drinks, and were always up for a quick, friendly chat or a solid recommendation.(Salome) • Housekeeping: My room was kept absolutely spotless. The housekeeping team was meticulous, thorough, and always made sure the room felt like a clean, relaxing sanctuary to head back to at the end of the day.I will defenately return and recommend the Radisson Bl"

"The resort is situated in a quiet spot in a less commercialised area of Wailoaloa beach which for us was exactly what we wanted. There is a convenient shuttle bus that for a fee will take you into Nadi town or other places of interest for a reasonable charge? The gardens in the property are extremely well kept. We stayed in the new building rather than the wooden beach hats. They were spacious and clean although quite “tired”. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable 10/10 The air conditioning worked well and was quiet and the fridge was old but worked well. The breakfast was acceptable but no choice of types of tea which for me meant I had only hot water in the morning. If something ran out there was quite a wait for it to be replenished. Note also there is no bottled water supplied to the room, you must ourchase this for $fji 8 - if you walk to the other wnd of the beach it is $3.30 at the supermarket but quite a walk just for water!!! The staff seem pleasant enough but quite aloof it wasn’t always clear if they were listening to you or not. In the hotel Fiji time is very real so learn to chill and don’t expect anything to happen fast. Food on site for evening meals was good and a reasonable price e.g. 42 fji$ for their Mongolian feast meal cooked fresh in front of you. The BBQ night on Sunday with a live singer was a very good night , he was a great singer Unrelated but be aware the hotel is very close to where they burn bodies!!!! Can be Smokey!!"
