Hotel Highgate di Pulau Pasir

"Great location and amenities"

"We had a great time! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the ocean front view was incredible! Valet parking was a small challenge as it got a little crowded when a lot of people were dropping off their cars, so there wasn't a ton of room to park, but they valet guys were quick to take charge of the car so we didn't have to sit around and wait when dropping off the car. Picking up the car was more of an issue with the other drivers not leaving very fast, but nothing against...

"3rd time staying here, love how it smells when you enter the hotel, staff are welcoming each time we walk in, rooms are clean and love how it’s across the beach! Will be staying here next time we come!"

"Staff was supper friendly and helpful."

"The beach is great. Very quiet and better than some other places we visited in Waikiki. Staff were always nice and helpful. Maid service, desk staff and valet were outstanding. The amenities were somewhat frustrating. As an example, your resort fee pays for beach chairs but they always seemed to be out. Other amenities were inconsistent as well."
