"We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest. And the entrance is a bit tricky. "Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great."
