"Had a great time and highly recommend for families. We incorporated the room, buffet breakfast, and theme parks which were great value! Staff were friendly, and I would also recommend Melrose restaurant who were quick, reasonably priced, and helpful. Great time and will be back!"

"The lady I dealt with at reception was so kind and helpful. The room itself was spacious, clean and modern. Perfect location and in walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. The outside of the property was a bit unassuming however it’s not really a big deal."

"On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly.
Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. She received such a lovely welcome, which really made her day and added a personal touch to our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
