"We had such a great time here - we didn’t want to leave lol.. Big4 Gold Coast holiday park was very clean. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean. Great kitchen and the shower - love the shower! The mornings were so beautiful and warm enough for a walk or dip in the warm pools / waterslides they have - we loved this! The laundry room was really handy. The washing machine had an automatic detergent dispenser, which was great. Staff were helpful and customer service came with smiles :)...

I gave advance notice of my late arrival but didn't hear back about what they'd need until I was already in transit, which made for an anxious wait not knowing if everything would be sorted on arrival. Worth sorting the details early so you're not left wondering."
