"We loved our stay so much we decided to extend by a few nights as soon as we arrived. We really appreciate the small touches that make a stay feel like home. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay was the gym on site down by the marina, it desperately needs a facelift but otherwise everything else has been amazing. Highly recommend taking advantage of the spa!"

"I never stayed here before but it is amazing! So clean, starbucks in the lobby. Valet parking, and they are wonderful. The room was so clean, spacious and what a view of the harbour from the 14th floor. The staff is so wonderful and courteous, fast and friendly. Best hotel ive stayed in in a while"

"A great location and comfortable stay for our short visit to Victoria. Staff were friendly and welcoming, surroundings were lovely and we could walk everywhere we planned to visit. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Great value too."
