Property was beautiful and staff was nice. Property did not seem equipped with proper staffing. The lines for buffet and food trucks were long. It was difficult to make dinner reservations on the app. There weren’t any shows at night when we visited. Liquor was very low end to the point that I couldn’t drink it. The room had a musty smell that stayed on our clothes and Bags after we returned home. The mini fridge was luke warm and juice went sour. A cockroach climbed out of my husbands menu in the seafood restaurant.

Our vacation started with lost luggage and then we got to the resort where the gave us a room that smelled moldy. We contacted the front desk and Freddy quickly got us set up in a room which was much better and the location was perfect. So glad we made the change early! The resort is large lots to see! Loved all the peacocks around too! Beaches are beautiful and well kept, walked the beach every day. The main pool could use an update as it looks worn but clean. Spent a lot of time at the 24 hour bar since they had all the Bruins games on we wanted to see. Buffet ok typical of most. Gotta do a shout out to AnnaLisa who set our table with flowers on our last day. Such a nice gesture! Overall a great experience.Would go back.

This resort is beautiful and well kept. The food was mid but what do you expect staying at an all inclusive. One recommendation, provide more trolleys more frequently.

Worst vacations ever. As soon as we arrived in the airport we were intercepted by some people from a comprany called "club kaverna" who robbed us $100 easily!! Then we arrived at the hotel and they have this personnel from a company called "Royal Holiday" all around the place pushing everyone to take an orientation and literally pushing you to take their club packages and they just talk lie over lie. Stay away from these people as this is a FATAL SCAM!!!! In other words, my worst vacation ever!!!! Food plates at the buffet were dirty. The roof in the tepanyaki was literally broken and the place was floodeddd!!! It smelled like a$$ literally.

Concerning your perception about our service, we honestly understand your point of view and we want to express our deepest apologies if you did not feel satisfied with the service. We regret that you were disturbed by pushy vendors but as we stated on another guest’s comments, we inform you one more time that Royal Holidays is an independent company that shares the same workplace with us but has nothing to do directly with our company. Then under any circumstance our guests should be forced to attempt meetings or to buy anything if the client does not want to and based on another guests comment a simple “No, Thanks” is always enough to be bothered but if they continue bothering you, it is important to report it to our guest service department, in order we can take action. Las facilidades súper lindas, el personal muy amable. La comida no fue excelente ya que me encontré varios platos sucios en el buffet. Comer en los restaurantes era mucho mejor. Adicional, habían representantes de la cadena Royal Inn intentando vender membresías que son un fraude.

Reception desk person AND her supervisor were irritable and obviously did not like their jobs. Room bathrooms full of mosquitos .. I killed at least 20 in 3 days. Minibar fridge was broken .. not working .. I called for help all 3 days .. it was never fixed. No bottled water in the room .. called 3 times .. finally came with water 8 hours later.

Muy lindo el lugar ,muy buena la comida y variada,muy buen trato .Sólo tengo q decir negativo q entregan la habitacion con problemas ,la nevera no funcionaba ,los líquidos dentro parecian sopa,tuve q reportarlo 3 veces y solo cuando ya estaba pidiendo hablar con el manager,gerente o supervisor fue q trajeron otra y resolvieron, además, tuve q reportar q no habia agua caliente y nunca tuve ,sólo me resolvieron q saliera menos fria casi llegando a tibia y sin fuerza,la alegacion fue q no ponian agua caliente pq un niño podia abrir la llave y quemarse ,además de q el agua venia de no sé donde y habia q abrirla con tiempo para q llegara caliente, cosa q nunca sucedió, tuve q bañarme con agua casi fria a las 2 am despues de llegar de bailar toda la noche.Por lo demás, super satisfecho.

I was very happy with my stay. The beach is beautiful and well kept. There were many umbrellas so there was enough room to find shade. The rooms were nice. There was one day that the power went out in the morning, but it came back around lunch time. There were many food options. The buffets for breakfast and lunch was good. There were many resturaunt options available, you do have to make a reservation for all of these.

We arrived and our room was dirty. The service around the bars and food carts were terrible. Employees looked sad, disengaged, mind absent. Terrible experience. The food at the Indian restaurant was terrible. Food over all was mediocre.

When I arrived there they had no mini bar, the AC wasn’t working properly and the phone either. I had to go to the reception and Guest Service 4 times to get things done.

Rooms are maintained at 24° no matter how many times you call them to fix the AC. It says it set at 15°. It is not 15°. The mini fridge is not cold at all and they don’t have any cranberry juice.

Night entertainment with dj should be often. Room not cleaned daily. If you are not bávaro premium you can’t visit certain places. The Internet was low speed. It was hard to do a reservation at the hotel restaurants. The drinks mostly were made with cheap alcohol, the house wine was horrible.

Great stay….a couple of suggestions - Housekeeping didn’t stock our fridge daily so I called to request the items. Wi-Fi is required to use the app for what’s going on around the property, however it kept disconnecting so I had to keep going to guest services for the login. The a la carte restaurants were ok…Foccaia was our preferred. We did Pescador, ordered took a couple of bites and went to the buffet. The teppanyaki we left before they served us. When I saw them cook chicken, beef and seafood at the same time and the juices all mix together I couldn’t risk it. Overall The resort and staff were amazing….the landscape was immaculate. We can’t wait to come back and look forward to staying at another Princess resort. **side note: the peacocks are plentiful and your morning alarm clock

Beautiful property with lush ecological area as well as one on the best beaches in all of caribbean. Good dining options with a la carte and buffet. Large resort so walking aroud property is quite extensive, which i enjoy. However, all the people transportation and service vehicles make the walking paths quite busy with motorized traffic.

El hotel es muy bonito y agradable, pero la asistencia del personal es muy pobre, los restaurantes hay que hacer reservaciones con 24 horas de anticipación y casi siempre están llenos la comida del buffet es buena pero las bebidas con alcohol son malísima es licor que usan es del más malo todo lo otro estuvo bien.

This property is good and offers a lot of options for dining. Workers are very friendly most of them. Especially at the buffet, Sicardo gave us a great service.

The only problem was on check in they won’t let you check in before 1500 and if your room is not ready you have to wait longer if you said something about it they catch a attitude besides that everything else is great good food everywhere you go drinks specially the piña colada and the coco loco had fun on my stay

Customer service is terrible and food options are not too much ! Lost my flimsy wristband and had to pay $47! I lost it in the sea it was basically broken it’s not my fault the language barrier is annoying but it’s a nice place and the trolly system needs more rides the place is huge !
