"The staff is what makes this property so special. Especially, Jose-Rafael (steakhouse waiter), Ezequiel (Japanese restaurant waiter), Emmanuel Quezada (restaurant supervisor), Vanessa (restaurant hostess), Reyes (busser). "Food was a high point to the resort, great pools, diamond club worth it it comes with a 24h butler, at this time of year sept, some sea weed on the beach but they are really good at cleaning it, drinks were great, look for Manuel at the taboo bar he is a mastermind.
