Cari Pension di Punta Sam

"Excellent staff, Kevin the Events Coordinator was the best person to know. The staff was extremely supportive and fun, great restaurants."

"Amazing property! The staff were so attentive and the food and drinks were top notch"

"Excellent layout, great views"

"Food is 10/10"

"Restaurant staff and food quality and choices remain five star incredible. However the pool staff and housecleaning was terrible this trip. The pool staff are all talking to each other and don’t seem to care about serving the guests at all. You have to complain to get a drink and that’s not for me. Housekeeping was a disaster. Our room often didn’t get cleaned at all or we had to wait until 5pm for it to get cleaned. They NEED to fix these two things to bring the hotel to the five star rating...

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations."

"The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but it would have been great to have music playing throughout the day to create a more fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was probably the best dining experience we had. The staff, however, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The sports bar was probably the best place to hang out, but even there, entertainment was very limited, with little to keep the energy or party going....

"Аll food very cheap and not nice ."

"We absolutely had a great time at this hotel. All staff are super friendly and helpful, always ready to help. Big shout out to Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach and highly recommend this hotel to everyone especially families ❤️"
