"No actual breakfast like they claim. We came in for the continental breakfast and there was a single tea bag. Two people sitting in the lounge eating a raw bagel and one banana. Rooms and halls were disgusting, smelled so bad we had to buy air fresheners and air purifiers. - you get what you pay ..."

"Very nice river view in our room. Only issue is that shuttle service not available to and from Airport. There are two shuttles on property but are only used for airport staff and not hotel guests. Even if there was a nominal charge we should have been able to use shuttle as taxi service is very unreliable ..."
