"Was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, would stay here anytime. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. Note: at the time of our stay the hotel was having an elevator problem ( very rare for them to have any problem ) at the time and we were having to walk to our room. However the hotel gave us wonderful options including free breakfast brunch, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. So we thank the hotel for a "wonderful workout" and the bonuses. "

"I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"

"We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were very kind, professional, and helpful. The building is older, but it has a charming New York feel. The location is excellent — very close to the subway — which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Rooms were pretty small, but 2nd floor suite allowed for stretching out with more space.
