"Hotel itself was nice, staff for the most part was very pleasant and helpful, however during my stay my vehicle was stolen out of the hotel parking lot. While making my police report the officer had mentioned that the crime has slowly moved out of the city and into the surrounding suburbs. A couple of things that irritated me besides a stolen vehicle were there are no surveillance camera's on property and absolutely zero communication from the management of the property. "The night shift desk clerk was so amazing. The address from Expedia wasn’t jiving with my GPS and so I called tired. She walked me step by step through the final turns. Everyone I interacted during my overnight stay was very helpful. I felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel to travelers or guests."

"This is really a hotel for people traveling with children - active children. The amenities for adult travelers are kind of on the slim side but children can be totally satisfied with activities, breakfast foods, open spaces, wall decor. Our room had a lightbulb out in the bedside reading lamp and was devoid of usb outlets entirely. Room was adequate but not particularly comfortable - no added amenities but a huge tv set staring down the bed. Not a hotel for me!"
