"Clean room. Staff are helpful."

"Excellent service from all the staff with a sense of humour, nothing was too much trouble. Food delicious. A calm Oasis in the middle of Coimbra. Thank you for Victoria especially for graciously putting up with our group of 6. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough."

"A bit hard to find! Otherwise all good"

"Great location for walking everywhere. Super helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Unique decor to honor the historical library just up the hill. Hope to be back soon."

"Centrally located. Clean, cozy rooms with small kitchenette and sitting space. Stairs are required as in most European hotels. Very friendly, helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Coimbra was approachable and lovely."

"Reading the reviews (which were back and forth ) had me debating whether on not to book here but in the end we were very happy with our stay! This is not a traditional hotel. At check in and it looks like nothing and you start to question your choice to stay here but then we saw the room we were assigned and was thrilled. They decorated it for our anniversary! Such a wonderful touch. It was so clean as well. I know some rooms are more cramped than others but ours was more than enough. However...

"Emplacement très bien Chambre confortable Stationnement avec frais élevé"

"Location was great. Apt was very comfortable for a large family"

"The location was excellent. The balcony offered a beautiful view directly over the river, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. The soundproofing could be a little better, but overall it was a lovely place to stay."

"The location of the room was excellent as it was right in the middle of a the old town area but because the space was old, it was noisy. Mostly inside as people went back and forth down the hallway, turning lights on that lit up our room under the door through the night. The kitchen with access to cooking facilities and complimentary coffee and tea is nice. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Air conditioning was a nice option as well."

"Got in late and left early so not much to say. There’s a parking garage very nearby so that was convenient."

"This hotel is an exceptional bargain, clean, quiet, excellent staff and close to historical sites, restaurants and general shopping needs. It does not have an elevator but the staff was very willing to help carrying my bags up the stairs."

"Vraiment un bel hôtel, un super accueil… le déjeuner apporté à la chambre… notre chambre était magnifique et très spéciale avec une douche magistrale et un jacuzzi dans le salon. Mon seul bémol (je suis seul sur mon groupe à éprouver ce problème) est que la chambre était très humide probablement à cause du jacuzzi. Mais je recommanderais à tous d’y aller"
