"beautiful and well kept hotel, just like the pictures. They had coffee or water in the lobby in the evenings and the morning. It was very pleasant. We did not dine at the restaurants in the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed the environment."

"This Drury Plaza has a very accessable location just north of Indy. Our suite was large and the bathroom was great with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet with a door. We enjoyed a free dinner and breakfast while there, and both were fresh with a wide variety options. They have a large free parking lot, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The only con I have is that the the furnishings need an update."

"The noise on shadeland was too loud. It was kids week there. Kids were playing in the hallway at 3am this morning. Had to call security. They took care of it. The beds are not comfortable. My back and sides have hurt for 3 days."

"I booked a stay for my sister and brother in law’s 20th anniversary and they absolutely loooved it! They said the hotel was so beautiful, staff was extremely helpful and nice, and everything was so nice and clean. The hotel was also so kind and provided champagne after I told them the stay was for their anniversary, too."

"We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment"

"At first day, no hot water. Room was dirty and dusty. Saw the Room where they put their kitchen food and supplies, horrible and disgusting. Left over and old food everywhere.. location I terrible, no restaurants nearby, just near a highway. Never again. And we stayed for six nights. No cleaners in sight!"

"I need a cheap place to stay for the Carmel Marathon and this served that purpose. But it is pretty basic. Outdated and there was a hole in the bathroom door and peeling cabinets. After some loudness around 10:30-11pm I had a good night's sleep. There was also a $2 utility charge and a $50 deposit which I don't recall being listed on Expedia. Budget motel that served its purpose."
