"We had another wonderful stay at Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa—this was our second visit, and it continues to deliver. We originally chose it because it’s so dog-friendly, with great grassy areas that make traveling with our pups easy and enjoyable. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the area, especially both Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea.

"AC is too loud or broken, TV didn’t turn on, maintenance fixed it but no sound. Properly informed while we are checking in, about the water shutdown in the morning and suggested me to cancel or move to somewhere else, one of the worst customer service and property maintenance. Rooms are not that clean either, i would strongly recommend to stay away from this property for their zero care for customers"

"One thing I did not realize is that you have to go to the back corner of the gas station to check in.
Property is 5 minute drive from the beach and quite nice. Gas station literally on the property so very convenient. The reason for my low rating is the housekeepers. They came banging on my door around 7:30am, and when I repeatedly told them we’re still here, she opened my door with her key. "
