"We stayed the night without having any contact with the staff. The room key was in a lock box. The code was emailed to me. A steep staircase led to the second floor. The room was larger than I expected for a Japanese hotel in that price range."

"Clean room and the manager was nice. The bunk bed setup was very convenient for a group of 5."

"Great place to stay near Shinagawa"

"The location was great, the staff speaks impeccable English and has good recommendations"
