"We had a family two bunk bed room for our family of four (young adult/teens) and it was great. The beds were comfortable, considerate amenities, and although small, more than enough room for us. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The 11 floor lobby with the roof deck was awesome too with both free and purchased drinks. The location was good too, close to the busy areas but not completely in it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If you stay here with a family or with picky...

"I stayed here in 2024 and returned in 2026. Yes it was looking tired in 2024 but still comfortable. Sorry to say the owners have allowed conditions to deteriorate futher, despite the efforts of staff doing their best to provide good service. Our double room was dingy brown, fittings were chipped and it was depressing to come back to. They have installed a glass smoking room near the reception desk which is also next to the few sofas which form the only common area for sitting."

"The staff were helpful and speaks English well. The room is clean despite it being small. The tub, however, is a bit an issue. I'm 5'1" and climbing in and out was a little scary. I had to hold on to something to prevent from slipping or falling. The property is well kept. Convenient location to walk to Uni Qlo, GU, Disney Store, Shinzuku Station. Lots of places to eat."

"The hotel is very well located just a stone throw from Takadanobaba station. There is a very cheap drug store at the right corner nearby the hotel (not donki). Donki is located next to the hotel. There is also Peakcock supermarket just around 100m from the hotel"

"I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby."
