"This was one of the most spacious rooms we found in Tokyo. The Iidabashi area is peaceful yet conveniently located—within walking distance of Kagurazaka Street, plenty of great restaurants, and easy access to the subway. We really appreciated the calm atmosphere, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the generous room size."

"The staff were very helpful but the poor rating goes for the lack of sound proof conditions, small space, and a very poor location (which is my fault I should have researched the district more). If you’re in your 20s and want to party I guess it’s a good place but the 16 hour live concert and wind piercing into my closet size room was not it. I will say the staff are amazing and helpful, and they can’t help the location, I just wish I did more research."

"The property was nice, however, this is clearly a budget hotel. The staff was adamant that no one could check in prior to 3pm (so housekeeping could perform “last minute checks”) leading to many jet lagged families getting stir crazy in the lobby. Additionally, they had a paper print out that they reviewed with us stating that they would not clean our room (only change towels and take trash) because they only clean every 4 days and we stayed 3 days. They had breakfast items for purchase downstairs - bagels and a buffet with eggs, cereal, and bread options. Overall, the property itself was nice enough but we will likely choose another hotel next time. "
