"Hotel stuff cannot say one bad about them . Hotel wasn’t clean when i arrived it . There was stains on the bedding and small hole in the wall . Was really annoying at 2/4am people would return and make loads of noise . Couple felt it was funny to ring my doorbell . ., Love the sauna and steam room . Thankyou for the gentleman for showing me around . But I was assured it was included with the Hotel no extra Charge . But got charged $20 . Overall out of 10 il give at 4-5 out of 10 "

"The mattress was softer than it should be. When I checked in the staff was a bit surly. They put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator and I’m 65. I emailed in advance where I could get breakfast in the area and their recommendation made no sense and a Google search didn’t turn anything up. It’s a weird place and I don’t plan to return. "

We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . "Great location, clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Bed was great, bathroom was a good size. No shower cap with the toiletries, if that's important to you. Parking was a bit pricey at $55 US/night for valet. The nearest self park is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. After checking parking reviews in the area, went with the valet option since I was only there one night. There are also some good food options within walking distance."

"We had booked a room with two double beds. When we got to our room it was a king bed in a suite. We went back to the front desk and they said they had to switch our room as they had no rooms available with two beds. The suite which was quite large had a full kitchen. Unfortunately it was not equipped with even a spoon or any cups to use with the coffee maker. While it was a sprite every cupboard and drawer was completely empty and dusty. "I’ve stayed here when it was still Sonder. I would like the hotel to provide square footage of the rooms on booking sites. Also in the past Sonder would offer early check depending on the time at 20 or 30 dollars. Hotel Houze charges 50 dollars regardless of time. The earliest they allow check in is 330. 50 is a bit high for early check in. Other than that "
