"Friendly, helpful staff is your first moment at talisman. Our Room was spotless, beds comfortable 6 seater table next to kitchen. 2 huge opening doors/windows in both east and North aspect overlooking the beach. The pool area is lovely with a minimal 1.3metre depth great for adults. Surf Club restaurant easy walking across park. Shopping centre also near by. "

"While the location was good. Thats pretty much what you pay for. The rooms are so outdated. There was no tv in the room, where the only air con unit was in the whole apartment. There was 1 locked door and one locked with chains. The bathroom was dirty and mouldy. When they came to fix the tv ( another issue) they advised they would get house keeping in the next morning to spray with bleach... i wasnt trilled with it smelling like bleach and asked if there was any other rooms to which i was told...

"customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!"

"The room was clean and tidy and the staff were courteous however, when we gotbthe blanketd out from the cupboard, they smelt of body odor - i would suggest they be dry cleaned and the sheeys on the queen bef were stained woth what looked like mpuld or coffee in parts."

We were allocated a tent site directly beside the bins without prior notice, which caused issues immediately. When I tried to call the office to discuss the tent location and seek assistance, my call was not returned.
