"Gorgeous lofted suite in the most perfect part of town. Soaker tub was fantastic. Small downside was having to walk down the 21 steps narrow spiral staircase in the middle of the night to use the washroom. Other than that, it was beautiful. It is a little difficult to find with all the construction going on - so we had to do a little recon mission first to find the location before hauling bags as you cannot drive right to the door with the current construction. It’s also on a street that no cars...

"I searched for a place with a hot tub and this listing came up. It turns out, the hot tub is private to only one of the rooms, not the one we chose. I feel very misled by the listing and would have chosen a different area of the city with a more reasonable price point if I had known. As it was, it was in a little bit of rough area and the unit was fine, but not worth the price we paid without the hot tub."

"This beautiful and large loft was located in the worst part of town. There were homeless people up and down the streets, there was a homeless shelter one street over and when we were walking to the parkade to get our car there were homeless people digging into the garbage bins. So many fun restaurants in the area but we did not feel safe out in the evenings so we ordered in- twice there were people yelling in the streets, clearly some people w mental health issues. The unit was lovely in size...

"Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access."
