"This is just a place we stay at just for one night because we arrive to San Juan late at night and I didn’t want to drive at night for an hour. Be aware that the showers are community showers. Not in the room itself. In the morning I went to the front desk and I asked if there’s was a place near by they would recommend for breakfast. "Horrible service. Roaches, bed bugs, dirty sheets and beds. Asked for our room to be cleaned and were told we were too late and they charge for replacing used towels. We had to leave the second day in after getting bitten up and finding roaches"

"Overall, a great experience and stay. Staff was responsive and helpful. It is a small boutique, hotel hotel, so know that you will hear hallway noise and doors opening and closing as your neighbors come and go. For LGBTQ+ travelers, this place was very welcoming and friendly. Bar and restaurant experience were also great. We spent several days having cocktails. Bartenders were friendly, made strong drinks, and remembered us from one day to the next."

"I’ll start off by saying the only real flaws are the relatively small size of the standard rooms and thin walls. Everything else was simply above and beyond. The interior design is well put-together in and out of the rooms. There are great amenities like a snack bar, breakfast on weekends, plenty of self-serve coffee, a coworking space and a selfie room.
